VISIT YRIA INTERIORS in the fully-renovated Venetian home of Nikolaki and Luisa Aliprantis, early 20th century merchants, located in the main square of Lefkes village. The home has been transformed into YRIA INTERIORS, a shop featuring YRIA ceramics and home furnishings from Greece and Europe as well as exhibitions of local art and a weaving studio with demonstrations by Eleni Kouvara.

"In Lefkes, they have rescued a building and rescued a neighbourhood," says Janet Carlson, of Denver, Colorado, who has been collecting work from STUDIO YRIA for over 15 years. "Preserving the style, the flavour, the essence of the building, they added to the Parian economy by using it as their Lefkes studio shop. It takes vision to preserve tradition and push forward into the future simultaneously, and Stelios and Monique have proven over and over again that they can, and do, just that. Their vision is projected into their home, their studio, their shop and, of course, in their ceramics."
